To register and maintain an account with baj222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

Where duplicate accounts are identified, baj222 will close all but the first registered account and may void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts. Members must keep their registered contact information current. baj222 sends important account and security notifications to the email address or phone number on file. Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate and accessible. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. baj222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that were not used to make a deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any calendar day will generally be processed on the same day; requests submitted after that cut-off will be processed the following business day. Processing times for bank transfers may extend up to 12 hours.

baj222 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Members are advised to complete account verification promptly after registration to avoid delays.

Bonuses and promotional credits are offered at baj222's sole discretion. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, wagering multipliers, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry windows. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: ৳500 per round or per bet slip line.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after credit if wagering requirements are not met.

All sports bets placed on baj222 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. In general:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, odds are locked and will not be changed regardless of subsequent market movement.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or venue change that materially affects the outcome, baj222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member wallets.
• Obvious pricing errors (also referred to as "palpable errors") will be void. baj222 defines a palpable error as odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of acceptance.
• For cricket, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are covered under standard cricket betting rules. A match must complete a minimum number of overs as specified per format for match bets to stand.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at baj222's discretion. Any bets accepted before suspension are honoured; bets placed after suspension are void.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation of any baj222 content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baj222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. baj222 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access and use the platform entirely at their own risk. baj222's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be paid out to the member's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification. baj222 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, baj222 may withhold balances pending investigation.

baj222 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the contact details on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the baj222 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not accept amended Terms should close their accounts before the effective date.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail. Disputes arising from your use of the baj222 platform should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a full description of the issue and any supporting evidence. baj222 will acknowledge dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, baj222 will propose an alternative resolution process.
